How many photographers will I be shooting with?

We ensure that there are no more than three photographers to any one model, to maximise your experience.

How many models will I get to shoot?

This depends on the event, but typically ranges from 6 to 8 across a two-day experience - please check the details of the event you're interested in.

How much does it cost?

Why aren’t venue details listed?
Here at The Creativity Hub Vintage, we like to surprise and delight – and that includes our hand-picked venues, all chosen for their unique qualities. A lot of the locations we use are properties owned by truly inspiring individuals and aren’t found in standard commercial listings, so we’re sensitive to the proprietors’ wishes and only reveal venue details when you book an event with us. Needless to say, we only choose locations that will help you to get genuinely magical shots for your portfolio.

Are the venues accessible?
We do our utmost to keep our photography events as inclusive as possible and accessible for all bookers, but there may be certain restrictions for a particular event. For more details, please see the specific event listings.

What do I need to bring with me to an event?
Yourself, your equipment and a keen eye. We have team members onsite at our photography events who can provide support with key elements such as lighting to help you get the best photographs possible.

Is lunch included in event bookings?
We include lunch and refreshments for everyone who books a weekend or full-day pass. For those booking half-day tickets, we provide refreshments.

Do I have to pay everything in one go?
We’re pleased to say no, you don’t. You can pay a deposit of 50% on booking and then the remainder a month prior to the event. If you would prefer to do this, please contact us at info@hub-vintage.com.
